I went to get my hands and legs waxed. The intern burnt my arm. It started burning within 30 mins post waxing and turned red. 3 days later, I could see the brown burnt skin on my ENTIRE HAND AND ARM. IT STARTED ITCHING WHEN IN CONTACT WITH WATER. I complained to the owner on the number provided and she asked me to buy a "100RS cream" and apply it & casually told it's very common to get burnt while waxing. In so many years of waxing history, I never got burnt & they claim its "NORMAL". This is the worst salon anyone could ever go! It doesn't even deserve 1 star!!!!
