I have asked for layers in the back and feathers in the front and look at the outcome. When I questioned he said this is how feathers look and suggested me to Google when I didn't get himself googled and shown me a pic and when I asked for similarities he said it looks diff on diff hair. The staff and the hairstylist ridiculed me that he has been doing this for 3years and he has all positive reviews. I have been having haircuts n styling for 20years now Added to that terrific hairstyle they made me wait an hour for highlights and said I will have to wait 2 more coz their customer with an appointment just appeared and am a walk-in. Why not tell that upfront than leave me in the middle to attend another customer They have only one hairstylist for women and one for men none can handle both THE WORST experience
