I visited twice—my first visit was a good experience overall, despite a minor inconvenience. However, the second visit was very disappointing. The staff displayed mocking behavior in Hindi, making fun of customers while assuming I wouldn’t understand. I chose to ignore it, but it was disheartening to witness such unprofessional conduct. They are here to work and earn, and such behavior is truly shameful.

I had a very bad experience at this salon today. I went there for a haircut and tried to explain the style in Telugu because I do not know Hindi well. The staff member refused to listen and insisted that I should speak in Hindi. When I asked for the owner’s contact number to explain the issue, he refused to give it and behaved very rudely. He even hit the bench aggressively while arguing, which made the situation uncomfortable and unprofessional. As a customer, I expect basic respect and proper communication. Not everyone knows Hindi, and staff should be respectful to customers regardless of language. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
