Had a really good experience at Affinity Express Salon, Madhapur. I went there for a few services including haircut, hair colour, facial, nails and a bridal makeup package, and the overall experience was very satisfying. The staff is friendly and professional, and they listen to what you actually want before starting the service. My haircut and hair colour turned out exactly how I expected. The facial was relaxing and left my skin looking fresh, and the nail service was done very neatly. I also got my bridal makeup done from here and was very happy with how elegant and natural it looked. Everything was done with good attention to detail. Overall, a nice place in Madhapur if you’re looking for reliable salon services. Would definitely recommend trying them out.

I have no idea why this salon has a 4.8 rating. Even though I was fooled by it by looking at rating and went ahead with the keratin treatment, it's been a week, and it hasn't even lasted. After a single hair wash, my hair is back to normal. Please know this is a waste of time and money; don't go here. Instead, search for a better salon. Also, I can't even get my hair done for another six months because of this treatment, which doesn't even look like it's been done.

I would give zero starts to this place if possible. One of the worst customer service and cheap products. I got my nails done with cat eye gel polish and it did not even last for 2 days. Entire coat of theGel polish came off. Had to go to get it fixed, even after reapplying the polish came off next day. Supposed to stay on for 2 weeks . Too expensive and cheap products. Don't trust this place, it's a waste of money.

I would give this place a zero stars if possible. Save your time and money and take your services elsewhere. I booked an appointment days ahead of time for a simple service of gel nails and polish change at 11. I showed up around 11 to a fully empty salon with no customers or staff. The one lady cleaning the salon helped me get in contact with the receptionist. Who didn’t know anything about the appointment or where her staff is. After already waiting 20 mins, she expected me keep waiting for the staff. Very unprofessional and disorganized for the prices they are charging. There are many more well run salons in this area, don’t go the number of reviews, choose a better place.

This place is right at the main road. All safety precautions being taken by the staff for Covid-19. Services are very competitively priced and their package offers are good. Experienced stylists make the mass of their staff and customers are taken well care of. Quality of products used is good and service quality is good too. Overall, a good place to go to, if u are looking for salon services.
