I went to the salon for eyebrow, the service is really good. Rani did my threading and it didn't pain at all. Would recommend it without doubt.

If you have absolutely no self-respect or no shame, then you can visit this parlour. The woman who runs it is pathetic. Her behavior towards customers is extremely rude and disrespectful, as if customers are beggars rather than paying clients. She charges high for products, but honestly, I don't think she even uses the products she sells herself. She has noticeable dark circles, so it's hard to believe the products deliver the results she claims. Even she dont have eye brows also but she is doing permanent brows..lol If this kind of behavior continues, the parlour may eventually lose its customers and shut down. Most of the hype seems to come from Instagram. Don't blindly trust the videos and promotions you see there. In my experience, the services were disappointing and not worth the money. I would rather recommend visiting a professional high-end salon, where customers are treated with respect and valued for their business. Customer service is just as important as the service itself, and unfortunately, the staff here do not seem to understand how to treat customers properly.

I had a pathetic experience at the salon. The beauticians there were very well behaved but there was a mad supervisor lady who kept shouting at the staff in the most inappropriate manner. I had taken my mother who is 70 years old for ear lobe closing after the procedure when we opted for hair cut she asked the staff to send me out and only my mother to be in the room when I objected to this she started hurling abuses at me. The environment was very hostile and she kept threatening the staff. Being in this industry she should know how to talk to clients, such a maniac lady . All the other staff members were very polite and courteous but this lady messed it all.

DO NOT VISIT BY ANY CHANCE. They ruined my friend’s eyebrow and couldn’t even property do a simple blow-dry. On top that, they’re rude & only focussed on getting social media vlogs content out of customers rather them providing them a good service.

I visited Sri Divya Colours Salon for my daughter’s hair lice (nits) treatment after seeing their Instagram videos. The videos created an impression of a modern, painless and child-friendly method. In reality, the treatment was painful for a child. Very little combing was done, and the tool shown online was used for less than a minute. The service did not match what was advertised. The pricing was also very high for the kind of treatment provided. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I feel the service needs more transparency and better consideration for children.
