The new staff is terrible. The old staff has left. The new staff are amateurs. I went on Sunday and the barber rushed through my haircut and beard trim and finished it in 5 mins. Gave a terrible haricut and trim. I visited a different saloon to get it fixed. DONT GO HERE.

“I recently visited Naturals Jayabheri for getting eyebrowsand was very impressed with smriti service. I later opted for waxing and a pedicure with Smriti, and it was a wonderful experience. She is highly professional, attentive, and takes her time to ensure everything is done perfectly. Her calm and meticulous approach made the entire session incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. I would highly recommend Smriti for her excellent service and professionalism.”

I visited the salon yesterday and again today. Both times, I noticed the manager recording customers live on her phone. When I asked her about it today, she initially denied it and acted like nothing was happening. After I confronted her, she said she had deleted the video. She then claimed she intended to post the videos in a group and that "Naturals" asks them to do so. Even if the company requests videos, managers should always get customer consent before recording. Her behavior was rude and dishonest. I no longer trust her. Please be careful if you visit — she was secretly recording customers. I'm attaching a video showing her face below. This is what naturals build trust with customers??? I will not suggest anyone to visit this store again as there is no proper management ..manager is not proper she don't to how to behave When coming to the service PRIYA done spa and hair cut she was good ,done the service very well 5/5

Got my haircut done by Azam, and he did an amazing job. He understood exactly what style I wanted and gave perfect suggestions to make it look even better. The haircut was neat, stylish, and suited me really well. Very professional, friendly, and skilled — highly recommend Azam if you're planning a visit! 👍✨
