Haircut I went for a haircut with specific instructions, showed her the picture and clearly told what i wanted 3-4 times. I kept telling her don’t make it look like a tail and i need Long U cut with long layers, but instead she did a butterfly cut and made my hair look way thinner. Nothing like i asked for not even close. I informed her also that i need same as picture, she was least bothered, zero interaction, no consultation on how the haircut will look like and what would be better. She just did the hair cut, chopped off hair and the bad part was blow dry, such rough handling of hair, constant pulling. Least bothered about client. Irony is , she stated i can get a straight cut done at bottom post 3 months if i see thinning. I wasted 1800rs, please don’t go for your hair cut. Asked for layers - long u , soft face framing blended… but boom i have my hair in multiple layers butterfly cut! Such pathetic service and haircut.

Worst experience! For brand like this and in corporate park the service is way below par. First people going for shaving make sure your neck pain meds are with you. They dont have head rest and stylist will push your neck to extreme to rch lower part of neck. And now the main issue, I went for a beard shaping/setting the person attending me was doing it via trimmer. I told him some issue with trimmer as its pinching my skin, still he continued with same trimmer. I insisted him to do via gel as i wasnt happy with the output from trimmer. Even with gel he never bothered to address the requirement properly and i had to tell him what needs to be done.Post doing it via gel he never bothered to clean the extra gel on my face and left for me to clean it. Had gel on my formal shirt collar. Very less experienced staff and service is no even worth 1 star.
