I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I visited today for eyebrow threading and was asked to come back after 40 minutes. When I returned, they suddenly refused to do it. To test the situation, my friend went in asking for multiple services like eyebrows and a facial, and they immediately agreed. It clearly felt like they only prioritize customers who spend more money and don’t respect others. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here. During my last visit for waxing, the staff was unprofessional—one of them was even sleeping—and the service itself was very poor. Other branches of this salon have been amazing in my experience, but this KPHB branch is by far the worst. Overall, the service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend visiting this place.
