I had an excellent experience at this salon. I got my hair Botox treatment done by Aravind in October 2025, and the results lasted for almost 8 months, which was truly impressive. Recently, I went for a Nanoplastia hair treatment, and once again Aravind did an amazing job. He is extremely patient, takes the time to understand hair concerns, explains the process clearly, and ensures the treatment is done with great care and attention to detail. My hair feels smooth, healthy, and manageable after every visit. Thank you, Aravind, for your professionalism and dedication. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality hair treatments and excellent service.

My wife recently visited this salon, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The interiors felt poorly maintained and not in line with the premium prices being charged. The services seemed overpriced for the overall quality and ambience provided. What was most concerning, however, was the owner's behavior. During our interaction, he repeatedly insisted that I should learn Telugu, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. He also asked personal questions about my religion, which made us uncomfortable. In a customer-facing business, people from different backgrounds should feel welcome and respected without being subjected to personal or intrusive discussions. Overall, the combination of high prices, unimpressive facilities, and unprofessional conduct made this a negative experience. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning.

I had a wonderful experience at Lisa and Lars De Salon. The stylist was extremely good and very patient throughout the entire service. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable at every step. The attention to detail and professionalism really stood out. My brother and I visited this salon for pedicures and paid ₹1900 in total, but the experience was extremely disappointing. Here’s what happened: My brother’s pedicure started first, while mine began 10 minutes later. When I asked about the delay, they explained that I had too much dead skin and needed extra soaking time. I accepted this explanation. However, despite the delay, my pedicure was completed five minutes before my brother’s. The quality of service was shockingly poor: 1. The nails weren’t cut properly. 2. Filing was done superficially—barely 30 seconds for all 10 toenails. 3. Scrubbing was minimal, just for the sake of appearance. 4. There was no massage whatsoever. 5. The pack was applied for a mere 5 minutes and removed before it could even dry. 6. The technician didn’t even ask if I wanted nail polish. I’ve been getting monthly pedicures for a long time, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. We had initially planned to get head massages too, but after seeing the quality of their services, we decided to cancel them.
