Sameer Bhai was fantastic—they took the time to understand exactly what haircut/service I wanted and gave great advice for my hair type. Very professional, detail-oriented, and skilled. I had a disappointing experience during a recent haircut at Kenneth Beauty Parlor and want to share some concerns for other customers and the management. Hygiene and sanitation: The equipment used, including trimmers/clippers, did not appear to be properly sterilized between clients. When I raised this concern and asked staff to sterilize the tools, they simply wiped them down with aftershave lotion instead of using proper sterilization methods. Aftershave lotion is not a substitute for actual disinfection, and this practice raises real concerns about the risk of spreading infections between clients. I'd strongly encourage the salon to adopt proper sterilization protocols for all tools, especially trimmers, combs, blades, all other tools. Staff expertise: The staff did not seem to have strong expertise in hairstyling or other professional beauty services. I'd encourage management to invest in hiring and training qualified, experienced beauticians. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and leads to improvements in both hygiene practices and staff training, as these are basic expectations for any salon.

I had recently visited this new salon. I was recommended by my husband. He had a great experience here so I visited with my husband. We both opted a package. I opted a full package including hair spa, full hand,legs and underarms wax, facial and pedicure. Rushma was assisting me. She was very friendly and did a great job. Thank you so much for such a great experience. People should visit this salon as it has great offers.

I recently visited this new salon and had a really good experience. Since they’re newly opened, they’re currently running some attractive offers, which made the overall deal even sweeter. Honestly, even without the discounts, I found their pricing to be quite reasonable compared to other places. I opted for a package that included a haircut, hair wash, beard shaping, and a D-tan. I was really impressed with all the services — the staff was professional, and they took their time to get everything just right. The hair wash part was a new experience for me, and I have to say, I genuinely enjoyed it! Overall, I can confidently say this salon is one of the best I’ve been to in a while. Definitely a must-try if you’re looking for quality service at a good price!
