Worst experience. If you visit this salon assuming that it is affordable and will offer good service as well, then you are wrong. I went there as it as nearby my place and was quite hopeful seeing the reviews but it turned out to be big mistake. I got a haircut which was overly priced as compare to the service which they gave. Their water supply was barely working, somehow they managed to wash my hair without conditioning. Then they used a towel which was smelly. While combing my hair that person was so ruthless, literally he was pulling out my hair rather than detangling it gently. There AC wasn’t even working. Everything i pointed out to them, but yes, it was my bad decision so i had to pay for it. The haircut wasn’t even good, for which i was overcharged. In short my suggestion would be, don’t get impressed by looking at the reviews and have your hopes high. It might turn out as a horrible experience.

I have visited this place multiple times and they have never disappointed me. I'm writing this review today because I visited again recently and had the same great experience. My haircut was done by Chaithan, and he is really good. He has great skills and you can clearly see the passion in his work. His patience and polite behavior make the experience even better. I can confidently say that they will not disappoint you.

Had such a lovely experience at Hair Edge today. Shehzad is honestly so talented. I showed him a picture of the haircut we wanted, and he didn’t just copy it—he actually made it look even better. You can really trust him with your hair; he listens, he pays attention, and he just gets it. He was cutting my boyfriend’s hair, and I was definitely hovering around because both of us were a little anxious about getting the cut right. I probably added some pressure without meaning to, but Shehzad didn’t mind at all. He was patient, calm, and made sure we both felt comfortable the whole time. We ended up getting the full package, haircut, beard, and a hair spa and it was honestly such a great decision. The beard came out so clean, the haircut was perfect, and the spa just made everything feel even better. I walked out feeling grateful and so happy. Couldn’t have asked for a better start to the day. Highly recommend Shehzad if you’re going to Hair Edge.

I would highly recommend the salon. Initially I was sceptical while getting the near-buy coupon but then I went through all the reviews and went ahead and purchased the coupon. So I booked a service of Hair wash, Hair cut and styling which costed me a very recent amount. On the particular day I visited there was a trainer from the #godrejprofessionals explaining various services and I was lucky enough to receive a complementary hair spa from him. It was nicely done and relaxing. The products were all from #godrejprefessionals. The staff over there are well trained and very courteous, they even gave me few suggestions for my hair. I am very happy with the haircut as well as the spa treatment. My hair feels very smooth and healthy.
