I’m quite disappointed with my recent visit. I understand a new staff member had joined that day and it was her first day, but the service quality was not acceptable. I got my eyebrows done, and as shown in the photo, I ended up with multiple red bumps and irritation after threading, which is not expected from a professional service. I also opted for a Hydra Vitals clean-up (₹1200), which was done okay, but not up to the mark for the price charged. For underarm services, I paid ₹300 for tan removal and ₹350 for waxing. During waxing, the wax seemed too hot and while removing it, there was slight bleeding (even if minimal, it should not happen). For tan removal, only a very small amount of cream was applied and wiped off within 10 minutes, which didn’t feel effective at all and did not justify the cost. On a positive note, the haircut done by Shruthi was good. She listened carefully to my suggestions and delivered a satisfactory result. Also, my 20-month-old baby’s haircut was done by another staff member, and he handled the baby very well and did a good job. Overall, I feel the services did not match the prices charged. I hope the salon improves staff training and maintains better service standards, especially when assigning new employees to customers.

Absolutely wonderful experience and service🤩 I visited the salon today for a hair colour service, and Shruti assisted me throughout. She first understood my expectations and then suggested what would suit my hair best. I was a bit hesitant initially, but I trusted her expertise—and I’m so glad I did. The final result turned out amazing! What I really appreciated, apart from the service, is that the salon is not pushy about selling products. Also, the pricing for all services is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality services at a fair price.

✨ Absolutely wonderful experience! I had a balayage hair colour and a haircut done, and the service was truly excellent. Ms. Shruti and her husband were extremely friendly, welcoming, and understood exactly what their clients need. Shruti paid close attention to every little detail to ensure the best possible result — her precision and care really stood out. Both of them are very caring, humble, well-trained, and wonderful guides and advisors. My daughter was equally happy and satisfied with her haircut — she loved the final result! The pricing was very reasonable, and there was absolutely no pushy selling, which made the experience even more comfortable and pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service, genuine care, and beautiful results! 💇‍♀️✨

I had a great haircut today. The stylist (Ismail) listened to what I wanted and did it perfectly. The place is clean and comfortable. Very happy with the service. I will visit again!
