Very disappointing experience. I was assigned a senior stylist and charged premium rates, so basic expectations were professionalism and skill. Instead, the haircut was poorly executed despite giving clear initial instructions. The final result honestly felt like something you would get from a roadside barber, which is unacceptable for a salon positioning itself as premium. What bothered me even more was the attitude after I declined additional services like a spa. Basic courtesy disappeared—no effort to clean loose hair from my face after the haircut and no basic hospitality like offering water or coffee. It was very obvious that attention was only given to customers spending more money. There was also constant pressure to buy products and add-on services. The moment you say no, you are treated like a transaction rather than a customer. For comparison, I have visited premium salons like Bounce in Bengaluru and had a much better experience. This place was a clear disappointment and not worth the price.
