At Dealgo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on deals purchased through our platform.

Standard Refund Policy

Unused Deals

If you haven't redeemed your deal, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Within 3 days of purchase: Full refund, no questions asked
  • Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund if the deal hasn't been partially redeemed
  • After 14 days: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Redeemed or Partially Redeemed Deals

Once a deal has been redeemed (fully or partially), refunds are generally not available. However, exceptions may be made if:

  • The merchant failed to provide the service as described
  • The merchant has closed or is no longer honoring the deal
  • There was a significant discrepancy between what was advertised and what was provided

How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Contact Us

Submit a refund request through one of these channels:

  • Email: support@dealgo.in
  • Contact Form: Visit our Contact Us page
  • My Account: Go to My Deals and select "Request Refund"

Step 2: Provide Details

Include the following information:

  • Order number or deal ID
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any supporting documentation (if applicable)

Step 3: Wait for Review

Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and respond via email.

Refund Processing

Approved Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation once processed

Dealgo Credits

In some cases, we may offer Dealgo Credits instead of a monetary refund:

  • Credits never expire
  • Can be used on any future purchase
  • May include bonus credit as a goodwill gesture

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Deals that have been fully redeemed
  • Deals past their expiration date (unless merchant-related issues)
  • Deals purchased during special promotions marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards and promotional credits

Merchant-Specific Policies

Some merchants may have their own refund policies that differ from our standard policy. These will be clearly stated on the deal page. In case of conflict, the more favorable policy to the customer will apply.

Expired Deals

Before Expiration

Contact us before your deal expires if you're unable to use it. We may be able to:

  • Extend the validity period
  • Offer a partial refund
  • Convert to Dealgo Credits

After Expiration

Expired deals are typically not eligible for refunds. However, in certain circumstances, we may offer:

  • Dealgo Credits for a portion of the purchase price
  • Assistance in negotiating with the merchant

Special Circumstances

Merchant Closure

If a merchant closes before you can redeem your deal:

  • Full refund will be automatically processed
  • You'll be notified via email
  • No action required on your part

Service Issues

If you experience issues with the service provided:

  1. First, try to resolve directly with the merchant
  2. If unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the incident
  3. Provide documentation of the issue
