had a wonderful experience at toniandguy Salon. I got a hair spa done by maheswari and she was excellent. She was professional, attentive, and made the entire experience very relaxing. My hair felt refreshed and healthy after the treatment. I also had a pedicure with maheswari, and she was incredibly calm, patient, and meticulous throughout the procedure. He took she time to ensure everything was done perfectly, making the experience comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend maheswari for anyone looking for a great pedicure. I loved it

I really liked the service provided by Ponam. Her suggestions were thoughtful, and she showed genuine care and attention toward my hair needs. It made the whole experience feel personalized and professional. The ambiance is welcoming. Offers explained by sunandha and she provided all the insights about the hair. Posting this here before raising a consumer court complaint so others are aware before booking. I went to Toni & Guy Gacchibowli branch seeing the 4.7 google review but had highly disappointing experience. I paid ₹3020 for a manicure and pedicure while visiting Hyderabad for a short stay and leaving the very next day. The manicure was extremely poorly done, all nails were uneven, half-cut, badly shaped, and clearly unfinished (attached photos). I have only seen their work only after reaching home and contacted them immediately and shared pictures over whatsapp. The only “solutions” offered were: • Come back immediately and get it fixed (despite having prior commitments), (I have to travel again from Madhapur or • Take free services in the future, which is meaningless since I do not live in Hyderabad and just visiting. Even the pedicure was not properly done (no dead skin removal or cuticle cleaning), but I chose to let it go in good faith as the foot massage was decent. After multiple follow-ups, the salon agreed to refund around ₹1000 for the manicure, acknowledging the issue however the refund has not been credited. For a premium salon brand, this reflects poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and misleading post-service handling. Customers paying high prices deserve professional results and prompt resolution, not excuses and unfulfilled promises. EDIT (18th Dec, 6:40PM): Prior to this review, there was no resolution/calls on the refund from the salon. They have asked for my Gpay number to send the refund and even after 24hrs, it has not been credited. After posting the review, they have made multiple calls mainly to request me to take down the review and that the refund is being processed. There is zero remorse on the delay in agreed refund and their only concern is the review.

Sameer is wonderful, took hair colour balayage and spa services. He is very professional and absolutely perfect in his work. Amazing work. Maheshwari provided pedicure and her service was also top notch. Good going guys
