The attitude of the receptionist is pathetic to death. On the online review I called them to get my root touch up and highlight. The concern person said he will call back which I never got call. After 6pm I called very relaxing this fellow says please come and get the hair checked by specialist. Wow seriously as if we do not have an option. First impression is the last impression. I don’t know how people uses your parlor whose staff are so unprofessional.

I really had a very good experience with this salon. I had a hair cut, threading and waxing it went really well the staff has considered every small detail which I require for my hair and skin, I definitely suggest every one to visit this for a great hair and skin care. Especially my hair stylist he really suggested and styled my hair very well I am completely satisfied with his work.

The staff is well trained and friendly. Had a haircut and face cleanup done. The cleanup was done by Reshma and the effort that she gives behind getting the job done is really great. She took extra time to ensure that the cleanup was done properly. The same applies for the haircut and beard trim. The hair stylist took time to first understand what i was looking for and then gave his own inputs. End of the day it was a very good experience.

The very first thing that I noticed and liked about this salon was the hygiene that they maintain. The front desk staff is friendly and professional. I got a facial, manicure and pedicure done by Reshma and liked her work very much. She is a well trained and skilled professional. The facial was very relaxing. Najma was my hairstylist. Again a skilled and experienced professional. Loved the haircut and hair treatment! Looking forward to visiting again soon.
