I recently visited SRH Saloon and had my service done by stylist Kayyum. He was very polite, professional, and friendly throughout the entire session. I am very satisfied with his service. I got a haircut, beard trim, detan, and hair spa done, and the experience was excellent. What I appreciated the most was that he took the time to understand every detail before starting my haircut, ensuring everything was done exactly as I wanted. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend Kayyum to anyone visiting the salon.

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I showed the barber a reference photo for the haircut, but the result was completely different from what I requested. During the haircut, the staff was frequently taking and speaking on mobile phone calls, which made the service feel unprofessional and inattentive. Communication was also very difficult because the staff could not understand or speak basic English or the local language (Telugu), which made it hard to explain what I wanted. They also did not respond properly to the customer’s request. Overall, the service quality and customer handling need significant improvement. The staff should focus more on professionalism, proper communication, and giving full attention to clients during the service.

I strongly do NOT recommend SRH Salon, Gachibowli for men’s haircuts. My experience was very disappointing. The staff behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude. The person named R. Usman behaved very poorly during my visit. While I went there only for a simple haircut, he kept interrupting and pushing unnecessary products like anti-dandruff L’Oréal treatments instead of focusing on the service. There was no proper communication, and the interaction felt uncomfortable and disrespectful. A salon should make customers feel relaxed and valued, but here it was completely the opposite. Very poor service and worst behavior. I really suggest everyone to avoid SRH Salon in Gachibowli.

I have medium hair wanted long layers, u cut, face framing. Alam is my hairstylist and he did the haircut exactly as i want,very professional and skilled individual. I got wash + long layer cut . Affordable price.(800rs)
