TERRIBLE!!! PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING I have never had a great experience with this place. But I still went back due to the proximity and the service I was looking for was not major. I went for a Gel Nail Polish removal and reapplication. The removal itself took 40 mins. Post this, the reapplication was started. I was feeling that the finishing was off and the expertise was mediocre. I was calling it out but was told things will be better after the second coat. After the second coat, I noticed that the nail colour was peeling off. I then ask the stylist again and this time she tells me that this PRODUCT IS FAULTY and that she informed her manager again. If the product was faulty, why wasnt i informed. It felt like, they were taking a chance and thought i wont say anything. After spending almost 1.5 hours, I had no choice but to wrap up the process. I now have to go back(TO ANOTHER PARLOUR OFCOURSE!!!) to get this removed again. The Receptionist. Disha, could have informed when I called her for an appointment. My.Likitha could have told this to me before starting the application. Mr. Salman could have informed as well. As always my experience is bad. Next time, I will stay at home but certainly not waste my time on this parlour. Thanks!

I have been a regular customer since 1.5 years. Amazing service, well maintained space. I would highly recommend Radha, she understands the requirements and provide the service accordingly. For someone like me who is particular about her eyebrow, she has been a blessing in the city. Thank you Natural Signature, I recommend you to all the people new in Hyderabad and looking for best salon services.

Booked an appointment in advance expecting basic professionalism and respect for my time. After reaching the salon, I was casually asked to wait for 30 minutes. The reason? The manager who took the appointment “is not available today.” How is that even the customer’s problem? If your appointment system depends on one person being present, maybe don’t confirm bookings you can’t honor. What’s the point of taking appointments if customers are treated like walk-ins anyway? Completely unprofessional handling, poor coordination, and zero regard for customer time. Very disappointing experience.
