I went to this salon for a haircut and had a very bad experience. The staff were Hindi-speaking and could not understand English. Language is not an issue for me, but they did not understand what the customer wanted at all. Even after clearly showing and explaining the haircut style, they did not listen properly. When I asked for corrections, they either ignored it or did it wrongly. The staff were not attentive and showed no interest in customer satisfaction. The service quality was very poor, unprofessional, and not worth the money. I am completely unsatisfied with the haircut and overall experience. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who expects good service or proper communication. One star also I'm not provide,but that is mandatory.

Worst Worst Worsttt ! I request please don't visit, Rude Staff ! Behaviour of Staff is ridiculous. I have gone for Face wash, he said face wash is not available Detane and Scrub are available. Okay I have asked which price is less then he told Detane will be less, and asked for cost he said In hindi sau, Then i said okay because it's for 100 right and detane is normal one only, because as it's emergency i said okay. Then after completion i gave 100 then immediately he asked again 200, Asked him politely starting you told 100 only na bhayya, he told noo i told 300, i started saying no bro, you said only 100, and then other two barbers started saying for others it's 500 but he mistakenly told 300. give 300 and leave. I am speechless beacuse it's his place and i gave him 250, he accepted with arrogant and scolded in hindi and told don't come again . I left in silence mode There is no display of rates in this shop, If you are going to this shop first ask clear rates and then please go with haircut

Worst hair salon, highly unprofessional barbers. They will definitely mess up with your hair. Owner runs two salons in the telecom nagar and hired low quality people for this job who are doing pathetic job. For my beard that guy said foam/gel is not available, he would make beard without that. In another incident, I told to cut one single white hair from mustache, he cut the whole area showing gap in the mustache. Some would talk over phone while cutting g hair or use unprofessional language. They get 500 rs per day for whole day work, bot sure who is at fault owner or barbers. Better to avoid especially if you have meeting or some social event.

Worst shave I ever had. He just used a trimmer and didn't clean the shape using blade. He gives silly reason for not using blade to clean and give shape. Only to loot money if you forget he doesn't give you money back. He didn't even use water or shaving/trimming cream or gel for shaving also no after shave or atleast using powder to clean the hair fallen on your neck area. Very very poor service. I would never recommend this place to anybody or go again here. I can give negative star for this place. Don't waste your money by going here.
