I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. When I arrived, there were already 5–6 customers waiting. The staff informed me that it would take around 40 minutes, and I agreed and said I would come back later. I returned within 30 minutes, but to my surprise, I was told that they could not provide the service anymore. I don't understand why I was asked to come back if they were unable to accommodate me. The way I was treated felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I expected better communication and courtesy from the staff.

I want to give minus rating to this parlour. The staff members are extremely rude and the service is very bad. There is one very thin employee in the parlour who does very bad service. Also they dont know how to behave with customer properly and they dont know how to manage crowd. There are much better parlours nearby with the same price. I will truly and honesty suggest you not to avail the service of this parlour as their cutomer service is very bad.

Worst experience ever, they charge separately for full arms and underarms which is quite high and uses only limited strips even for full grown hair and after complaining they said they can do it in 1 strip only but using 2. Prices are very high. Highly recommend to get your services done in better salon like Naturals, Define Salons.

The saloon is really clean, quite and hygiene. The services are top notch and the staff is very friendly. Especially i met one didi names "Rajini", who was really sweet and highly skilled in her work. I liked her patience and style of work and usually prefer her to do my stuff. She really listens to all my requests and try to match them up. The overall experience of mine with this saloon is great and i recommend everyone this who are looking for good services under budget.
