I usually visit this salon for root touch-ups, but unfortunately their service quality has declined over time. During my recent visit, the experience was disappointing. The hair was not blow-dried properly unless an additional amount was paid. Even when heat styling was done, it felt excessive and left my hair feeling damaged. I also noticed that no heat protectant was applied beforehand unless specifically requested. When I asked, they sprayed a product on my hair, but it was unclear whether it was a heat protectant or just a setting spray. What was most frustrating was that after paying for the service, I felt the need to wash my hair again at home because it didn't feel fresh or clean. This was particularly disappointing as I had never experienced this level of poor service before. I hope the salon improves its service standards and pays more attention to basic hair care practices

Had a great experience with Priyanka for my manicure and waxing session. She was very professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. Dhyanesh did my hair cut, he is very polite, understood my hair condition very well and provided great recommendations. He is very good at what he does. Saloni did eyebrows threading and facial, she is is very knowledgeable, done great work with care, the eyebrows threading is pain free. The front desk is also very helpful and cheerful. I am very happy with overall service.
