Extremely Disappointed with Service & Manager’s Behavior - Srilakshmi!! I had one of the most disappointing experiences at Greentrendz Kondapur. I purchased their 3+1 pre‑marriage gold face pack costing around ₹11,000. After my first sitting, I noticed active acne and pimples. By the second month, I raised this concern with the staff, but instead of addressing it properly, the lady manager Srilakshmi tried to push me into another package. What shocked me most was her behavior — during the discussion she abruptly walked out, only to return later and argue loudly, even screaming. This was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. By the third month, my acne worsened, and with my marriage approaching, I discontinued and consulted a dermatologist who advised me to stop all salon treatments. When I explained this to the salon, they initially agreed to adjust the balance amount with other services. I clearly mentioned I’d be unavailable for two months due to my marriage and trip. However, when I returned, they suddenly changed the package terms from 3+1 to only 3 services, claiming it had expired, and offered just one service bill adjustment. The manager Srilakshmi then argued for hours, misbehaved, and wasted my time. This entire experience left me frustrated and deeply dissatisfied. For a premium package, I expected professionalism, empathy, and respect — instead, I got arrogance, poor service, and zero accountability. I strongly do not recommend Greentrendz Kondapur to anyone looking for reliable and respectful service.

I recently visited the parlor and had the pleasure of getting my oxygen facial and waxing services done by Sarala, and I am super happier with the experience! Sarala is extremely professional, gentle, and very attentive to detail. My oxygen facial was incredibly refreshing — my skin felt instantly hydrated, smooth, and glowing. She explained each step patiently and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The waxing service was equally impressive. She was quick, hygienic, and made the experience as painless as possible. Her technique is excellent, and she maintains great cleanliness standards. What truly stood out was her warm and friendly nature. She makes you feel relaxed and well cared for from start to finish.
