I had a really good experience at this salon the last time, which is why I chose to come back—but unfortunately, this visit was quite disappointing. I had taken an appointment in advance and even called 10 minutes before reaching to avoid waiting, yet I still had to wait for around 20–25 minutes. On top of that, there was no AC working, which made the entire experience extremely uncomfortable—especially in this heat. Even the washing area had no AC, and the staff confirmed it wasn’t available there at all. I spent ₹1500 on this hair spa, expecting a relaxing and stress-relieving experience. In fact, I was even considering opting for a higher-end spa next time—but this visit turned out to be the complete opposite. Instead of feeling relaxed, I left feeling more stressed and disappointed. The hair spa itself felt rushed, and the massage duration was noticeably shorter compared to my previous visit. The hairstyling at the end was also not up to the mark. Although I raised my concern and they tried to fix it, the result was still unsatisfactory—I had to come home and wash my hair again to manage it. It’s disappointing to see such a drop in service quality. I really hope the salon works on maintaining consistent standards, especially when customers are returning based on past good experiences.

Had a wonderful experience at De Studio Saloon. The staff are extremely professional, friendly, and attentive to customer needs. The ambience is clean, calming, and well maintained. They really take the time to understand what you want and deliver results beyond expectations. The service quality is excellent and worth every penny. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great salon experience. Will definitely visit again!
