Excellent experience at Bubbles! We got haircuts, blow-drying, manicures, and pedicures, and everything was done perfectly. I had a haircut today at your salon, and to be very clear — this has been one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had across salons in Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Mumbai. You charged ₹1155 for what was advertised as a “creative haircut” by a senior stylist. However, the result was far from creative — it was nothing more than a basic, uneven, and poorly executed haircut that even a small local salon could have delivered better, and at a much lower price. What’s more concerning is that this service was performed by a senior stylist. If this is the standard at the senior level, it raises serious concerns about the overall quality of your team. To make matters worse, basic service hygiene was ignored — my hair wasn’t even washed after the cut. This is a fundamental expectation, not a premium add-on. I don’t mind paying more for quality. But this was not just a waste of money — it was a loss of both money and my hair. This experience reflects a significant gap between what you promise and what you deliver. I would strongly advise the management to reassess your service standards, pricing justification, and staff training. As it stands, I would not recommend your salon to anyone. Very disappointing.
