I am regular going to this salon more than 4 years. Evry time beautician change n we have to adjust them . N even every time we have to call owner for some discount.n she is very busy not picking call. This time I am facing issue with Sania she is not responding well n arguing. Simply send new girl with menu card. Not attending n responsible. ignoring customer is not good. Thik once n then visit Be enrich Gachibowli.

I had a great experience getting a de tan pack treatment with the hands of Miss Sanya , she is ecoentionaly good and I will be keep coming back for more, she is well spoken and well behaved, I absolutely loved her company, will recommend others too❤️❤️

Visited enrich salon and was decided to get multiple services like threading, face wax, hand wax, from Saniya Ji which was satisfied services and beyond expectations though u visited before this the time I would like provide my feedback to encourage Saniya Ji to give same services furtherly. Went for eyebrow plucking. Told the lady repeatedly before starting to keep the thickness of my eyebrows as it is and maintain my natural arch shape. She turned it into a thin string like line like hers because she thinks that looks good. Doesn’t feel any necessity to hear our customer’s needs or requirements. She did not show any regret later, instead said she did correctly. It looked so bad that i left doing one eyebrow. She said her name is Chaitanya, but she might be lying given her track record of being dishonest. Her attitude was so bad when i complained, she just went and sat in her resting area with no remorse. She simply didn’t care. I don’t know if they care about their customers at all. If not, they can close down the place instead of spoiling people’s faces like this.
