I had a Hair Experience Ritual and a haircut scheduled, and it was an excellent experience. Zoya was wonderful—she took the time to explain in detail which treatment would be best suited for my hair and why, making me feel confident in the recommendation. My haircut was done perfectly, exactly as I had hoped. She was professional, attentive, and skilled throughout. I would definitely recommend Zoya to anyone looking for expert hair care and a great salon experience.

I had high expectations from a spa and salon that markets itself as luxury and premium, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Spa Service: Despite paying a premium price, the spa service was one of the worst I have experienced. The massage lacked professionalism, technique, and consistency. I honestly could not tell whether the masseuse was a trainee or simply not interested in her job. The entire session felt rushed and unskilled, which was the exact opposite of what I expected from a premium establishment. Salon Service & Time Management: The salon's disregard for customers' time was equally frustrating. I was given a 10:00 AM appointment, which was confirmed twice by the manager, Nasar. However, even after these confirmations, no service was provided at the scheduled time. I ended up waiting for 40 minutes, and my haircut only started at 10:40 AM. For a business positioning itself as a luxury brand, professionalism, service quality, and punctuality should be basic standards. Sadly, this experience fell far short on all counts. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a premium spa and salon experience.

I recently tried the Hydra Facial Signature Pedicure, and it was an amazing experience. The treatment felt very refreshing and deeply nourishing for my skin and feet. The combination of cleansing, hydration, and gentle exfoliation left my skin glowing and my feet feeling incredibly soft and smooth. The staff was professional and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout the session. The ambience was relaxing, which added to the overall experience.
